The design combines two historical symbols to express our tagline, “Obey God. Defy Tyranny.” The Gadsden flag emerged from the American Revolution as a symbol of resistance to British authority and a warning against arbitrary power, while the Jerusalem Cross points to who our true King is. As the Apostles stated in Acts 5:29, “We must obey God rather than men.”
